caldays.com respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

caldays is a static calendar tool. We do not require accounts and do not collect personally identifiable information. Specifically:

• Local preferences (selected country, year, language, theme) are stored in your browser's localStorage. They never leave your device.
• Analytics: we use privacy-friendly aggregate analytics to understand which pages are popular. We do not track individual users across sessions.
• Server logs: standard web-server logs may record your IP address, user agent, and request URL for security and debugging. These are rotated after 30 days.

1a. MCP connector (mcp.caldays.com)

caldays offers a read-only MCP connector for AI assistants at mcp.caldays.com. When an assistant calls it, we process only the query parameters of the request (a country code and dates) and a transient IP address used solely for rate limiting (discarded within minutes). No personal data is stored, no profiles are built, and nothing is shared with third parties. Questions: see our contact page.

2. Cookies

caldays itself does not set cookies. Third-party services we use may set their own cookies (see "Third parties" below).

3. Third parties

• Cloudflare serves the site. Cloudflare may collect connection metadata for DDoS protection and CDN routing — see their privacy policy.
• Google Fonts serves our typefaces from fonts.googleapis.com.
• Google AdSense (if/when enabled) may show personalized ads based on your interests and use cookies to do so. You can manage ad personalization at Google Ads Settings.

4. Holiday data

All holiday and calendar data is publicly available information sourced from official government publications and the IANA timezone database. No user-submitted data is collected.

5. Your rights

You can clear all caldays data at any time by clearing your browser's site data for caldays.com. You can opt out of personalized advertising via the links above.

6. Children

caldays is a general-audience product and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
