Easter Sunday 2027 falls on Sunday, March 28 — 288 days from today. Good Friday is Friday, March 26 and Lent begins on Ash Wednesday, Wednesday, February 10. Eastern Orthodox Easter is Sunday, May 2.
Easter is a "moveable feast" — its date changes each year because it is tied to the lunar cycle, not a fixed calendar date. In Western Christianity, Easter Sunday is the first Sunday after the first full moon on or after the spring equinox (21 March).

Easter can fall on any Sunday from 22 March to 25 April. The rule, fixed by the Council of Nicaea in 325 AD, is: the first Sunday after the Paschal full moon (the first ecclesiastical full moon on or after 21 March).
Western churches (Catholic, Protestant) use the Gregorian calendar; Eastern Orthodox churches use the older Julian calendar to find the full moon, so Orthodox Easter is often 1–5 weeks later. Every date here is computed with the standard Anonymous Gregorian algorithm (the "Computus").
Good Friday is always 2 days before Easter Sunday, Ash Wednesday (the start of Lent) is 46 days before, and Pentecost is 49 days after.
